If an item is out of stock we will notify you and you can either keep the order on Backorder or get a refund.

Returns/Exchanges/damages/lost packages POLICY: All sales are final. IF you receive a product that is damaged due to shipping you must discuss that with the shipping carrier. IF a product is damaged or defected inside the box not due to shipping you must email us a request with all of your information and the product information including dates, transactions numbers, when the item was received and all damages or defects to the product. We will then determine the next steps and if we can refund or exchange the product. There are no guarantees that we will accept an item for refund or exchange but do our best to help each customer the best that we can.
